We looked at how evening primrose oil, rich in gamma-linolenic acid, might help patients with rheumatoid arthritis. In a 6-month double-blind study, 40 participants took either evening primrose oil or a placebo. While some mild improvements were noted in morning stiffness for those on the supplement, overall, the benefits were not significant. Interestingly, olive oil also showed notable effects in reducing pain by the study's end. Therefore, evening primrose oil may offer some benefits, but olive oil deserves attention for its own positive outcomes.

We explored how evening primrose oil, along with hemp seed oil and a specific diet, can influence relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS). In a double-blind, randomized trial, 100 patients were divided into three groups to receive varying supplements over six months.
Our findings indicated that co-supplementation with evening primrose and hemp seed oils, combined with a Hot-natured diet, could improve clinical symptoms and regulate certain enzymes linked to the condition. This suggests a potential dietary approach for managing RRMS.

We aimed to understand how evening primrose oil (EPO) affects rheumatoid arthritis, a chronic inflammatory condition. This was investigated through a study involving male albino rats injected with an arthritis-inducing agent.
EPO, alone or with traditional drugs like aspirin and celecoxib, appeared to help normalize body weight and decrease inflammatory markers. Notably, treatment with EPO led to reduced joint inflammation and damage, highlighting its potential as an effective supplement alongside standard medications.

Established a cycle the first time! All my life I had an irregular cycle, at least 32 days, sometimes even up to 40. I took capsules from the 1st to the 14th day of my cycle, three times daily. The cycle became 28 days immediately. After finishing the jar, I continued for several months and it’s been regular ever since. Now, I'm ordering a second jar for support. Miracles!

Amazing product! After stopping the pill, my period disappeared. I took progesterone for three months, but when I stopped, my period didn’t return. I wanted to avoid hormones again, so I ordered primrose oil out of curiosity. After just two days of taking it, my period arrived! I have hormonal imbalances and this gives me hope it can be fixed naturally, without birth control. I also hope for skin improvement.

We investigated how evening primrose and hemp seed oil might help manage autoimmune disorders using a mouse model of multiple sclerosis. After triggering the disease in mice, we observed that the oil treatment significantly reduced disease severity.

We evaluated how evening primrose oil (EPO) and hemp seed oil (HSO) might aid in managing autoimmune disorders like multiple sclerosis. Our research involved inducing experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) in mice and comparing the effects of EPO/HSO with rapamycin, a known mTOR inhibitor.

Primrose oil was recommended to me by a pharmacist for my bothersome hot flashes. I took one tablet twice a day for a month; the hot flashes gradually disappeared along with my periods returning. I haven't taken them for a month, feel fine, but I ordered more just in case. I am very satisfied with this product!!!
